Description
Cartwright Pickard is an architecture practice with studios in London, Leeds, Manchester and Cambridge. Founded in 1997, we meet the challenges that matter to people and planet, with architecture that looks beautiful, performs brilliantly and grows old gracefully.
By listening closely and challenging respectfully, we create value for everyone who encounters our architecture. We unite head with heart and creativity with research to create places that improve people's lives. As a team we are naturally curious, creative and inclusive: we consider every angle, put insight into action, make relationships matter and build a legacy in how we think, act and create.
Our work spans housing, build-to-rent, student living, workplace, civic and community buildings, urban regeneration, education, and hotels and leisure. We are known for research-led design in offsite and modern methods of construction, Passivhaus and low-carbon design, Net Zero Carbon, digital design and BIM, and heritage and retrofit.

Everything we do is a team effort. We have built an open, fair and friendly culture that lets a diverse and talented team flourish. Alongside the work there is a Cycle to Work scheme, a CSR and charitable programme, and regular socials including an annual family picnic. Flexible working is considered on an individual basis.
