Dearch Space

Dearch Space is a metaverse architecture and design studio. Co-founded in 2022 by Sergey Nadtochiy and his partner Valentin, both with backgrounds in architecture, the studio applies architectural thinking to virtual environments, designing spaces that are functional, considered and built around a brand's identity rather than decorated with logos.

The team works across three areas: bespoke virtual spaces and events; higher-fidelity real estate and product visualisation, which it frames as immersive commerce; and a set of ready-made templates that let a brand stand up a metaverse space quickly, without a large upfront commitment. Projects to date span brand activations, exhibitions and a fashion show, built across platforms including Decentraland, Worlds, Unity and Unreal.

Dearch Space also organises the Metaverse Architecture Biennale, "Presence of the Future", the first event of its kind, bringing architects and designers together to explore what the discipline can contribute to virtual space.
