FINC Architects opened its doors in April 2013 with the aspiration of providing quality architecture that exceeds the expectations of our clients.  Formed by Architect, Steven Fisher, the practise was initially setup on a kitchen worktop before moving to a garden office and eventually to our design studio in Chelmsford, FINC has expanded into a medium sized, award-winning practice with a reputation for innovation, reliability and quality.

FINC operate as a Private Limited Company and are in line with the ARB code and RIBA code of conduct. FINC holds professional indemnity insurance to the value of £5m for every claim with Anchorman Insurance Consultants LTD. There are two teams in the company – The Planning Team focus on the Design stage of projects and the Technical Team focus on the construction stage. Majority of the work does crossover but each job for each team will be tendered individually and given their own project job numbers.
