Hayhurst and Co. is an acclaimed architectural studio based in London, founded in 2004 by Nick Hayhurst and Jonathan Nicholls.

Our work is characterized by collaboration with our clients, engaging with a wide range of stakeholders from the public and private sectors, third sector organizations, and individuals. We have a remarkable track record of successfully delivering complex projects within budget and timeline constraints. We have experience with both traditional and design-and-build procurement routes, managing projects through all stages outlined by the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). We have led design teams, served as Lead Consultants, and fulfilled the role of Contract Administrators, overseeing small bespoke endeavors as well as large-scale, multi-million pound, and multi-phase schemes.
