Cowen+Partners is a London architecture practice, evolved from Jo Cowen Architects, positioned around commercially intelligent placemaking. From a Kings Road studio in Chelsea, the team combines residential, build-to-rent, co-living, purpose-built student accommodation, regeneration, masterplanning and technical delivery across the living sectors. Its work is centred on Place Intelligence: using foresight, collaboration and delivery rigour to unlock long-term value for developers, landowners, local authorities and the communities its buildings serve.
