When buildings are no longer fit for purpose, renovation, light modifications and sympathetic extensions should always be considered ahead of demolitions When new buildings are required they should have as low an impact on the environment as possible, both in construction and long term use. Employing modern technologies alongside intelligent design minimises our impact on the planet and is a baseline approach for all new builds.
