Through our Leadership Institute, emerging leaders across the firm participate in a year-long program designed to enhance and refine their leadership skills. To nurture this culture, we established the Innovation Incubator, which provides micro-grants to self-organized teams interested in exploring specific aspects of design. Each studio hosts a week-long wellness fair, promoting holistic well-being. We also provide a public transportation subsidy to encourage sustainable commuting through mass transit.

We understand the importance of family. That's why we offer paid parental leave to support new parents in caring for and bonding with their children. Our program grants four weeks of paid leave to new mothers, fathers, and/or domestic partners within three months of birth, adoption, or foster placement. Parents can choose to take the leave consecutively or customize their schedule based on their family's needs, prioritizing work-life balance.
