SleepingGiant Consulting is a leadership and executive coaching practice for architects, designers and construction professionals, founded by Karen Fugle. Working one to one and with small groups, in person in London and online worldwide, it helps people across the built environment build the leadership capabilities behind their personal, professional and organisational performance.

Coaching combines reflection, observation and feedback to raise self-awareness about how people work, what motivates them and what holds them back. Alongside one-to-one and group coaching, the practice runs leadership and team workshops, including sessions facilitated with the LEGO Serious Play method, on themes such as resilience, delegation, feedback, decision-making, confidence and career transition.

Founder Karen Fugle is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, a RIBA Future Leaders coach and a member of the Women in Architecture UK committee. Drawing on more than two decades in the architecture, engineering and construction sector, she is also the author of the Architect's Leadership Journal, a structured tool for self-reflection and leadership development.
