tp bennett is an independent architectural, design and planning practice, owned and managed in the UK with a strong international presence. Inquisitive, imaginative and individual, the practice has been at the forefront of architecture and design for just over 100 years, offering cross-sector expertise from a world-class team.

Our expertise spans every aspect of architectural design, including planning, strategy and interiors. We value diversity in every sense: in our workforce, company culture, client base and projects, and in freedom of thought. As a robust and inquisitive practice, we seek to challenge orthodoxy, scrutinising every brief and backing every action with research and analysis, informed by in-house study teams who keep abreast of advances from planning law to sustainability and materials science.

We celebrate a 100-year history. We have seven listed buildings to our name, including rare post-war listed structures, and we were in the vanguard of the creative industries moving to Southwark. With studios in London, Manchester and Leeds, and an international presence, we are one of the top ten UK-owned architectural practices and recruit the best people from around the world.

We are a design democracy where everyone has a voice, and we believe in responsibility to the environment, our staff, end-users and communities. We hold a long-established expertise in listed buildings, built heritage and conservation, having worked on hundreds of historic buildings in the UK and internationally, including UNESCO World Heritage sites in Libya and Ghana.
