XUL Architecture is a RIBA Chartered practice based in Belsize Park, North London, founded in 2008. The studio designs high quality residential and commercial projects, with a particular focus on bringing natural light and space into the way people live.
XUL leads with the principles of neuroarchitecture, designing around the real impact buildings have on the human mind and body. From natural light to ceiling height, the practice treats wellbeing and cognitive performance as core design considerations rather than afterthoughts, grounded in the science behind how spaces make us feel.
The team has delivered more than 300 projects across some of London's most demanding planning boroughs, including Camden, Barnet, Haringey and Westminster. That local knowledge helps the studio navigate complex planning and work with skilled contractors from concept through to completion.
Clients can engage XUL for a fully managed design and build service or for architectural services alone, with the level of involvement tailored to each project.
