Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial projects through multiple RIBA stages from design development through to completion.
- Manage project teams and coordinate consultants throughout the design and delivery process.
- Take ownership of client relationships and attend key project and stakeholder meetings.
- Develop and oversee planning submissions, technical packages and construction information.
- Coordinate project programmes, resources and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Resolve technical and design challenges while maintaining project quality and commercial objectives.
- Support and mentor junior team members across project teams.
- Contribute to design reviews, project strategy and studio initiatives.
- Play an active role in maintaining a collaborative, innovative and high-performing studio culture.
Key Requirements
- ARB-registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
- Strong experience on commercial workplace, mixed-use or large-scale commercial developments.
- Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience.
- Proficiency in Revit and experience working within BIM environments.
- Experience managing consultants, stakeholders and project teams.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
- Positive, ambitious and collaborative approach.
