Responsibilities 

• Develop concept and detailed designs for UK and international masterplans and hotels

• Produce and coordinate Revit, Rhino and Adobe documentation through all RIBA stages

• Lead interdisciplinary workshops ensuring structural, services and landscape inputs align

• Present design intent to clients, authorities and stakeholder groups

• Assist in site inspections, snagging and quality control to uphold design integrity

Skills

• ARB registered (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-Part III experience

• Strong portfolio showing contextual, user-centred design thinking

• Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud and visualisation tools such as Enscape

• Confident communicator able to guide junior team members and liaise with consultants

• Working knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainable design principles
