Responsibilities
Develop concept and detailed designs for UK and international masterplans and hotels
Produce and coordinate Revit, Rhino and Adobe documentation through all RIBA stages
Lead interdisciplinary workshops ensuring structural, services and landscape inputs align
Present design intent to clients, authorities and stakeholder groups
Assist in site inspections, snagging and quality control to uphold design integrity
Skills
ARB registered (or equivalent) with 3+ years post-Part III experience
Strong portfolio showing contextual, user-centred design thinking
Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, Adobe Creative Cloud and visualisation tools such as Enscape
Confident communicator able to guide junior team members and liaise with consultants
Working knowledge of UK building regulations and sustainable design principles
