Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BIM coordination with expertise in Bentley OBD and MicroStation.
• Utilize Bentley ProjectWise CDE and NBS specification systems to maintain high BIM standards.
• Collaborate closely with multi-disciplinary design teams, clients, and contractors.
• Provide technical support across multiple projects, ensuring adherence to UK Building Systems, Regulations, and construction types.
• Present design concepts effectively to stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications:

• RIBA, ARB, or equivalent registered Architect with strong experience in UK Building Regulations.
• Proficient in Bentley ProjectWise CDE, Bentley OBD, MicroStation, and NBS specification systems.
• Experienced in Autodesk Revit and BIM360 tools is highly desirable.
• High level of BIM standards awareness and technical expertise.
• Skilled in presenting ideas clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience in the transport and technology sectors is a significant advantage.
