A highly respected architecture and design studio in Central London is looking for an Architect or Architectural Technologist to join its growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of large-scale Data Centre, technology and commercial projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Develop and coordinate detailed drawing packages, technical information and BIM models using Revit.
- Work closely with senior team members, consultants and specialist contractors throughout project delivery.
- Assist with project coordination, ensuring information is accurately managed and delivered to programme.
- Contribute to technical design development and resolve coordination challenges across multidisciplinary teams.
- Support design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
- Attend project meetings and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop expertise in highly technical building typologies and industry-leading delivery standards.
- Play an active role within a collaborative and knowledge-sharing studio environment.
Key Requirements
- Architect or Architectural Technologist with up to 5 years' post-qualification experience.
- Strong Revit proficiency is essential.
- Experience delivering projects within a UK architecture practice.
- Strong technical and construction knowledge.
- Experience producing coordinated drawing packages and technical information.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Organised, proactive and detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams.
- Data Centre experience would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
