The Role
This role offers the opportunity to work across RIBA Stages 3 to 5 on high-profile commercial and workplace schemes. You’ll contribute to the detailed design and technical delivery of complex projects, ensuring construction documentation is accurate, coordinated, and aligned with the design vision.

Key Responsibilities
Produce high-quality technical and construction drawings using Revit

Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to deliver integrated solutions

Assist in preparing comprehensive tender and construction documentation

Conduct site visits and help resolve technical issues during delivery

Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning requirements

What You’ll Bring
Experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally within the commercial sector

Strong Revit proficiency and a good grasp of BIM processes

Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction detailing

Experience working across RIBA Stages 3 to 5 on complex projects

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
