An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Associate to join a high-end residential team based in West London. This role is ideal for an experienced and design-focused professional who can confidently lead projects, engage with clients, and deliver exceptional architectural solutions. You will play a key role in shaping bespoke residential schemes while contributing to a collaborative and supportive studio environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages (0–7)
- Present design ideas clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring quality, programme, and budget objectives are achieved
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative approach
- Undertake contract administration duties, ideally using JCT Intermediate contracts
- Produce and review detailed technical drawings and construction information
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience in practice
- Proven experience in high-end residential projects (essential)
- Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication, organisational, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- High level of design sensitivity and strong attention to detail
- Experience with listed buildings is advantageous
- MicroStation and/or Revit knowledge is beneficial
- Fluent written and spoken English and eligibility to work permanently in the UK
