An established, design led architecture studio is looking to bring in a Bid & Marketing Coordinator to support both business development and wider marketing activity. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working across bids and marketing, from coordinating submissions to shaping how a practice presents itself in a competitive market. The role would suit someone organised, detail focused, and keen to develop within a collaborative studio environment.

The Role

Working closely with senior team members, you will support the delivery of high quality bid submissions and marketing materials, helping to maintain a strong and consistent brand across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinating and supporting bid and tender submissions
• Assisting with content creation and bid documentation
• Managing internal information and marketing collateral
• Supporting wider marketing activity, including presentations and communications
• Helping to maintain consistency across branding and messaging
• Working across teams to gather information and meet deadlines

• Previous experience in a bids, marketing or proposals role within architecture, design or the built environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised with good attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
