Your Role & Impact:

• Lead winning bids by developing and managing compelling bid submissions, RFP responses, and proposals that showcase the firm’s expertise.
• Drive strategic marketing by partnering with leadership to craft and execute high-impact campaigns that attract top-tier clients.
• Create engaging content, including visually striking marketing collateral, case studies, and presentations that tell the firm’s story.
• Enhance brand visibility through PR initiatives, award submissions, and social media content that amplify the firm’s reputation.
• Support business development by tracking leads, conducting market research, and coordinating client outreach to expand the firm’s reach.
• Maintain marketing excellence by overseeing CRM systems and ensuring seamless management of marketing resources.

What You Bring:

• 8+ years of marketing experience, ideally within an architecture, engineering, or design practice.
• Proven expertise in bid/proposal writing and coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign (Photoshop & Illustrator a plus).
• Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• A strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• A passion for architecture, design, and the built environment.
