The Role

As a BIM Coordinator, you will be a key member of the BIM and Digital team, reporting directly to the Senior BIM Manager. You will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless coordination of BIM processes across projects. Your responsibilities will include running clash detection, producing reports using Navisworks, assisting project teams with BIM coordination, and providing essential training and support for BIM software. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with BIM and Revit users on various projects, liaise with the BIM manager, promote best practices, and help maintain training materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clash detection and generate detailed reports using Navisworks.
• Support project teams with BIM coordination and ensure alignment with project goals.
• Provide training and technical support for BIM coordination software to project teams.
• Work closely with BIM and Revit users across projects to promote best practices.
• Collaborate with the Senior BIM Manager to maintain and update BIM training materials.
• Foster a collaborative environment within the BIM and Digital team.

Qualifications and Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in architecture, engineering, or a related construction field.
• Previous experience as a BIM specialist, with a strong understanding of industry software.
• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Dynamo, and BIM360 is essential.
• Knowledge of Rhino, Grasshopper, and programming languages like C# or Python is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
