This role is tailor-made for a proactive, resourceful self-starter with a strategic mindset and a flexible approach. You’ll need strong time management skills, a keen eye for visual communications, and a fierce dedication to the brand. Located in London’s vibrant South Bank office, you will primarily support the studio’s Aviation, Commercial, Interiors, and Data Centre sectors.
Your main responsibilities will include partnering with senior studio members and other marketers to lead the coordination and production of materials such as responses to e-tenders, RFTs and RFPs, presentation development, design competitions, and award submissions. You’ll be leading kickoff meetings to define strategies for pursuit deliverables, coordinating interview presentation run-throughs, and communicating the brand through custom visual and written content.
Working closely with internal team members, outside partners, and key stakeholders, you’ll define key differentiators and collect the necessary information to support marketing efforts. You’ll also partner with the Communications team to identify and support opportunities for project and office story development, thought leadership articles, media pitches, and social posts. Managing and updating CRM data, SharePoint resource library content, and OpenAsset digital assets will also be part of your regular duties.
In this role, you’ll lead the development of materials that speak to regionally-specific areas across Europe and Asia, bolstering international brand building and marketing initiatives. Your ability to effectively prioritize competing deadlines and maintain communication with all stakeholders will be crucial to your success.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, with a preference for experience in Aviation, Interiors, or Data Centres. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, primarily InDesign, and PowerPoint is essential. You should have a comprehensive understanding of UK and EU procurement processes and requirements, as well as experience working within a strong brand and adhering to brand guidelines.
Creative problem-solving, resourcefulness, and the ability to work independently are key. You'll excel in relationship building and collaboration, functioning as an integrated team member. Highly skilled in both verbal and written communication, you’ll have a dedication to client service and thrive in a deadline-driven environment. Impeccable organizational and time management skills are a must, along with confidence in leading conversations with senior studio members and offering ideas, feedback, and presentations.
