The Role
As a Part II Architectural Assistant, you will support project teams on the design and technical development of hotel and leisure schemes—many of which involve the adaptive reuse of historic buildings. You’ll contribute to design concepts, planning packages, and detailed drawings, gaining invaluable hands-on experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with the development of hospitality projects using Revit and Adobe Creative Suite.
Support the production of presentation and technical documentation.
Collaborate with architects, consultants, and suppliers to develop detailed and cohesive designs.
Participate in project meetings and site visits.
Help with the coordination of materials, FF&E, and heritage detailing where applicable.
Your Profile
RIBA Part II qualified with a passion for hospitality or interior-led architecture.
Strong Revit skills are essential; Photoshop, InDesign, and Rhino are a plus.
Keen interest in heritage, interior detailing, and guest-focused design.
Strong design sensibility and presentation skills.
A proactive team player with good communication and problem-solving abilities.
