Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate residential projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
- Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently achieved.
- Develop and oversee planning packages, technical information, construction drawings and coordinated Revit models.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors and stakeholders, building strong working relationships and leading project meetings.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping to develop their technical and professional skills.
- Work closely with the wider design team to resolve technical challenges and deliver high-quality project outcomes.
- Support design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
Key Requirements
- ARB registered Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
- Strong experience on residential projects, ideally including medium to large-scale developments (candidates with strong commercial project experience will also be considered.)
- Proven experience leading projects and taking ownership of project delivery through multiple RIBA stages.
- Strong Revit skills with the ability to coordinate complex project information and technical packages.
- Good technical knowledge, including construction detailing, Building Regulations and project coordination.
- Experience managing and coordinating consultant teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in progressing towards Senior Architect and Associate-level positions.
