We are working with a growing multi-displinary architecture practice who are seeking ARB Project Architect to join their central London studio. The practice specialises in tge delivery of complex and technically challenging data centre projects across the UK and internationally.
As a key member of the design team, you will take ownership of project delivery, coordinate design information in Revit, and contribute to the successful execution of highly technical building solutions. Prior data centre experience isnt necessary but highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the architectural design and delivery of data centre projects through all RIBA stages
- Develop, manage, and coordinate detailed Revit models and project documentation
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and specialist stakeholders
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality requirements
- Coordinate multidisciplinary design information and resolve technical challenges
- Prepare planning, tender, and construction package documentation
- Attend project meetings, workshops, and site visits as required
- Support junior team members and contribute to best-practice BIM workflows
Requirements:
- ARB registered Architect with 3-4 years post-qualification experience
- Proven experience leading projects through technical design and construction stages
- Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong BIM coordination skills
- Experience producing detailed technical packages and construction information
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methodologies
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment
