The Role
This role centres on the technical delivery of a high-profile hotel project from RIBA Stage 3 onwards. Working within a specialist hospitality team, you’ll lead on-site coordination, technical development, and execution, ensuring the design integrity of a refurbished traditional building is preserved and elevated.
Key Responsibilities
Lead project delivery from design development through to completion (RIBA Stages 3–7).
Produce and manage detailed technical and construction packages using Revit.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams on-site and in the studio.
Navigate complex refurbishment challenges and provide robust, elegant solutions.
Ensure full compliance with building regulations, conservation guidelines, and project briefs.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio’s collective technical knowledge.
Your Background
ARB-registered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part III experience.
Proven experience delivering projects through technical stages, ideally in hospitality or residential refurbishments.
Strong Revit proficiency essential; BIM coordination experience desirable.
Comfortable working with existing structures, including listed or heritage buildings.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address design and system integration issues.
Clear communicator with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
