A highly regarded design-led architecture and interiors practice is looking for a Senior Architect to join its growing London studio. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex architectural projects through all RIBA stages, from concept design through to completion.
• Take responsibility for project coordination, ensuring design quality, programme and client expectations are consistently achieved.
• Develop and oversee detailed technical packages, planning submissions and construction information.
• Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary consultant teams throughout project delivery.
• Act as a key client contact, leading meetings and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members, supporting their development and progression.
• Work closely with contractors and the wider design team to resolve technical challenges and ensure successful project outcomes.
• Support the transformation and repositioning of existing buildings, delivering creative and commercially successful design solutions.
• Contribute to design reviews, quality assurance processes and project delivery strategies.
• Play an active role within a collaborative studio environment that values design excellence, teamwork and innovation.

Key Requirements

• ARB registered Senior Architect with experience delivering projects within a UK practice.
• Strong experience across commercial workplace, office retrofit projects, and education projects.
• Confident leading projects through multiple RIBA work stages, technical preffered.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Revit will be accepted.
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge.
• Experience coordinating consultants and managing project teams.
• Strong communication, organisation and client-facing skills.
• Positive, proactive and collaborative approach.
