The Role

As Senior Architect, you will lead commercial projects from early feasibility through to on-site delivery. With responsibility for both design excellence and technical robustness, you will oversee project teams, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure every aspect of the scheme aligns with performance, regulatory, and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Lead commercial developments through all RIBA stages, from design to handover.

Oversee design intent and technical accuracy across project documentation.

Produce and coordinate detailed Revit-based drawings and models.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and in-house teams to manage project milestones.

Supervise construction phases, resolving technical and site issues.

Mentor junior team members and contribute to the studio’s knowledge base.

Your Profile

ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years post-Part III experience.

Proven track record in delivering commercial projects across all stages.

Strong Revit skills; confident in managing BIM workflows and technical detailing.

Knowledge of workplace trends, retail environments, or mixed-use development is beneficial.

Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations and commercial design standards.

Effective communicator, able to lead teams and coordinate with external stakeholders.
