• Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence
• Contribute to studio processes, standards and project delivery strategies

Requirements:

• ARB registered Architect or Technologist with at least 4-5 years post qualification experience
• Proven portfolio of luxury or high-end residential, hospitality or commercial projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Suite
• Experience delivering projects through technical and construction stages
• Strong leadership qualities with a passion for mentoring and team development
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
