The Role
This position involves leading hotel and hospitality projects through RIBA Stages 3–7, with a focus on technically complex refurbishments and heritage contexts. You’ll oversee design delivery, manage consultant coordination, and guide project execution through construction—ensuring design integrity and operational performance in every detail.
Key Responsibilities
Lead hotel projects from technical design through to completion (RIBA Stages 3–7).
Manage the development of detailed and coordinated Revit-based design packages.
Work closely with consultants, contractors, and clients to maintain quality and compliance.
Resolve design and technical issues during construction, particularly in heritage contexts.
Oversee site coordination and ensure all elements reflect the project’s design intent.
Support the development of junior architects and foster collaborative workflows.
Your Profile
ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years post-Part III experience.
Strong portfolio of hospitality, hotel, or high-end refurbishment projects.
Proficient in Revit with excellent technical delivery capabilities.
Skilled in managing projects on-site, particularly within heritage or listed buildings.
In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and hotel design standards.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder coordination skills.
