Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee mixed-use luxury retail projects from concept through completion, ensuring quality and alignment with the client’s vision
- Produce detailed technical drawings and tender documentation, ensuring precise and cohesive designs
- Guide project delivery through Concept Design, Schematic Design, and Design Development stages, managing schedules, resources, and deadlines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve a seamless design process and outstanding aesthetic results
- Lead and mentor junior team members, ensuring projects maintain both technical accuracy and creative integrity
- Liaise closely with subcontractors to uphold the highest standards in technical and aesthetic quality
About You:
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in luxury design, with a proven track record in large-scale, mixed-use projects
- In-depth knowledge of materials, finishes, and the nuances of luxury retail design
- Proficient in Rhino, AutoCAD (Revit highly preferred), with expertise in visualizations and FF&E
- Excellent storytelling and presentation skills, with a strong ability to engage and inspire clients and stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in producing detailed construction documentation and coordinating with contractors
- Leadership experience with a collaborative approach, plus LEED or BREEAM accreditation (SITES qualifications are advantageous)
