Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical delivery of largescale (£20m+) projects across various sectors
• Manage multiple live projects and delegate effectively to junior team members and outsourcing partners
• Write full specifications and coordinate with consultants and stakeholders
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring quality, compliance, and profitability
• Contribute to business development and client relationship management
• Report to the regional director and manage a small internal team

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience running complex projects independently
• Strong Revit proficiency and working knowledge of NBS Chorus
• Familiarity with MMC and net zero carbon design principles
• Ability to manage fees, invoicing, and project finances
• Experience in the education sector and with remote delivery partners is desirable
• Knowledge of Dynamo scripting is a plus
