Responsibilities:

• Lead multidisciplinary teams and mentor junior designers
• Oversee design delivery from concept to technical documentation
• Champion design quality, innovation, and sustainability
• Drive strategic communication with stakeholders and clients

• Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines
• Contribute to studio-wide strategic initiatives

Requirements:

• 5+ years’ experience in a senior urban design role
• Strong portfolio of low and high-density housing projects
• Mastery of placemaking and urban design principles
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, GIS
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Understanding of UK building regulations and fire safety
• Professional degree in Urban Design, Architecture, or Landscape Architecture
• The right to live and work in the UK
