What our clients typically ask for
RIBA Part II qualification or equivalent MArch degree
A portfolio that balances strong concept work with detailed technical drawings
Proficiency in Revit or AutoCAD, plus Adobe Creative Suite; Rhino or SketchUp is a bonus
Familiarity with UK Building Regulations and the ambition to develop BIM skills
A collaborative mindset—keen to contribute to design workshops, site coordination and client presentations
Good organisation and communication skills, with the confidence to manage deadlines and respond to feedback
