What our clients typically ask for
Chartered (MCIAT) or working toward CIAT accreditation, with proven experience delivering detailed packages
Expertise in Revit (or another BIM platform) plus confidence producing clear GA drawings, schedules and specifications
Up-to-date grasp of UK Building Regulations, fire strategy and sustainability standards
Skill coordinating with consultants, contractors and fabricators to safeguard design intent and programme
A solutions-focused mindset that balances constructability, cost and performance
