5-plus years’ experience in real-estate asset management, investment management or development advisory

A track record of formulating asset plans, setting rental strategies and driving cap-ex or repositioning initiatives that enhance NOI and capital value

Confidence building and interrogating financial models (Excel / Argus), underwriting acquisitions or disposals, and preparing board-level reports

Familiarity with leasing structures, service-charge budgets and landlord-tenant legislation, plus the ability to negotiate with agents and occupiers
