Proven Biller: An accomplished recruiter with ideally 2-5 years in architecture/design recruitment or a related technical discipline.

Commercial Drive: A track record of billing £150k+ annual GP and the hunger to double it.

Sector Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and design; you follow the projects and know the players.

Autonomy & Ownership: An entrepreneurial individual who can plan their day, shape their market, and take full accountability for results.
