4–7 years’ experience coordinating design on residential, mixed-use or commercial schemes for a developer, main contractor or consultancy

Working knowledge of RIBA stages 2-4, planning submissions and value-engineering cycles, with the confidence to interrogate drawings and specifications

Proven ability to chair design-team meetings, track action lists and drive consultant deliverables to programme

Familiarity with BIM-enabled workflows (Revit, Navisworks) and common-data environments such as BIM 360, Asite or Aconex

A grasp of cost, procurement and buildability issues—able to translate QS feedback, site constraints and client brief into practical design adjustments

Clear communication and record-keeping skills that keep directors, funders and site teams reliably informed
