What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• Experience conducting environmental assessments and producing energy statements and sustainability reports
• Proficiency with IES VE, SBEM, or SAP calculation tools for energy and carbon modelling
• A degree in environmental engineering, sustainability, or a related built environment discipline
• Experience supporting BREEAM and WELL certifications through the design and construction process
• Ability to advise design teams on sustainable design strategies with clarity and conviction
• Accreditation as a BREEAM Assessor or WELL AP, or progression towards these qualifications
