What our clients typically ask for
3–6 years’ HR advisory experience, ideally within a creative, consultancy or project-based professional-services environment

CIPD Level 5 (or working towards) and confident knowledge of UK employment law, right-to-work checks and GDPR

Hands-on capability across the employee lifecycle—onboarding, ER case management, performance reviews, training coordination and leaver processes

Payroll and benefits oversight in partnership with finance / outsourced providers; familiarity with cloud HRIS platforms (BambooHR, HiBob, Sage People, etc.)

Data-driven mindset: tracking absence, turnover and D&I metrics, then translating insights into practical action plans for leadership

Warm, solution-focused communication—able to coach managers, mediate sensitive issues and champion a positive, inclusive studio culture
