What Our Clients Typically Ask For
• CIPD qualification with at least five years of HR management experience
• Overall responsibility for the HR function including employee relations, talent management, L&D, and compensation and benefits
• Experience developing and implementing policies that support positive, productive working environments
• Ability to design and deliver management training programmes and oversee annual performance review cycles
• Expertise in workforce planning to support growth strategies, including five-year business plans
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and confidence ensuring organisational compliance
• Proven ability to drive employee engagement and build cultures that foster innovation and collaboration
