What our clients typically ask for
3–7 years’ post-graduate experience delivering concept through detailed design on parks, streetscapes, mixed-use or campus projects
Portfolios that balance bold placemaking vision with robust technical detailing, planting strategies and SuDS integration
Fluency in Revit or AutoCAD / Vectorworks for drawing packs, plus Rhino or SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite for compelling visuals (GIS proficiency is a bonus)
Confident coordination with architects, civil engineers and ecologists—translating LVIA, arboricultural and drainage inputs into elegant, buildable solutions
Familiarity with planning policy, biodiversity-net-gain metrics and post-occupancy maintenance considerations
Clear client-facing communication: presenting at public consultations, design reviews and stakeholder workshops
