Proficiency in baseline data gathering, Zone of Theoretical Visibility (ZTV) mapping and viewpoint selection—using GIS, QGIS or ArcGIS alongside AutoCAD / Vectorworks and Adobe CC for graphics

Confident authorship of planning statements, Design & Access chapters and Environmental Statement inputs aligned with UK/EU EIA regulations

Working knowledge of national planning policy (NPPF), local landscape character guidelines and biodiversity-net-gain requirements
