What our clients typically ask for

A marketing or communications graduate (or equivalent) with 0–2 years’ experience, ideally within a professional services or creative environment.

Excellent graphic communication skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Photoshop) for creating bid documents, presentations, and social media assets.

Strong writing and editing abilities, capable of turning project descriptions and design concepts into engaging copy for websites, press releases, and award submissions.

Experience supporting the production of bids and tenders, including preparing PQQ, ITT, and EOI documents.

Digital marketing savvy—comfortable managing social media channels, updating website content (via CMS like WordPress), and using email marketing tools.

A highly organised, collaborative attitude, ready to support event coordination, maintain CRM databases, and work closely with senior architects and business development leaders.
