Speculative Application – Project Accountant
Manage the financial health of landmark architectural projects.

They need dedicated Project Accountants to ensure their complex, multi-stage projects are delivered profitably. They rely on our network to find commercially astute and detail-oriented finance professionals who understand the nuances of a project-based business. What our clients typically ask for
A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or an individual qualified by extensive experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in a project accounting role, ideally within the architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) sector.
Responsibility for all financial aspects of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, work-in-progress (WIP) management, and revenue recognition.
The ability to partner with Project Architects and Directors, providing financial analysis and guidance to ensure projects meet profitability targets.
Expertise in managing project invoicing, staff time allocation, and expense tracking.
High proficiency in Excel and experience with industry-specific accounting software such as Deltek Ajera or Vantagepoint is highly desirable.
