Speculative Application – Senior Architectural Technician
Lead the technical resolution and delivery of complex architectural projects.

What our clients typically ask for
A Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) or a senior technician with extensive professional experience.
A track record of leading the technical delivery of projects from post-planning stages through to completion.
Expert knowledge of construction systems, UK Building Regulations, and specification writing.
Advanced proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, with the ability to manage drawing packages and ensure quality control.
Experience liaising directly with clients, consultants, and contractors to resolve technical queries.
The ability to mentor and guide junior technicians and architectural assistants.
A proactive problem-solver with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
