Speculative Application – Senior Interior Architect

What our clients typically ask for
A qualified Architect (ARB) or Senior Architectural Technologist (MCIAT) with extensive experience delivering high-spec interior projects.
A portfolio showcasing exceptional technical detailing skills and complex interior construction packages.
Expert proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD, with a track record of leading the production of drawing packages for all project stages.
Proven experience managing the technical coordination with contractors, M&E consultants, and structural engineers.
A deep understanding of UK Building Regulations, materials, and construction methods specific to interior fit-outs.
The ability to lead projects on-site, managing quality control and resolving technical challenges.
Experience mentoring junior architects and technicians, guiding them through the technical design process.
