A highly experienced interior designer with a significant track record of leading high-end projects (e.g., hospitality, luxury residential, prime commercial) from concept to completion.
Proven ability to lead the creative design process, developing compelling concepts, presentations, and design narratives.
Strong client-facing skills, with experience managing key client relationships, presenting design proposals, and guiding clients through the design journey.
Experience leading and mentoring a team of junior and midweight designers.
A sophisticated design eye with expertise across spatial planning, materiality, and FF&E.
Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to lead the development of design packages.
The ability to oversee a project's timeline and budget, ensuring the design integrity is maintained throughout.
