Proven Senior Biller: A high-performing recruiter with ideally 3-6 years in architecture/design recruitment (or a comparable technical-creative niche) and a strong billing history (£180k+ annual GP).

Strategic Drive: A consultant who thinks beyond transactional recruitment, building long-term partnerships and identifying new revenue streams.

Sector Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for architecture and design, with a keen awareness of the industry's key projects and players.

Autonomy & Ownership: An entrepreneurial individual who can plan their market, run their desk, and take full accountability for their results.
