What our clients typically ask for
Chartered or near-chartered status with IStructE or ICE, with three to ten years’ experience on new build, refurbishment or complex retrofit projects

Proficiency in analysis and modelling tools such as ETABS, Tekla, Robot, Revit or SCIA

Experience collaborating with architects, MEP engineers and contractors to deliver coordinated solutions and resolve site queries

Up-to-date knowledge of UK building regulations, Eurocodes, modern methods of construction and sustainable design best practice

Ability to produce clear calculations, concise drawings and technical reports that guide teams through planning, tender and construction

Confident communicator able to present at design meetings, support junior staff and explain structural decisions to non-technical clients
