What our clients typically ask for
Proven experience as a Studio Coordinator, Team Assistant, or Senior Administrator, ideally in a fast-paced creative environment.
A central role supporting the entire team, including managing resources, assisting with project administration (e.g., setting up new projects, document control), and coordinating team schedules.
Experience assisting with light-touch HR duties such as coordinating staff inductions, tracking annual leave, and organising team events and socials.
Confidence in handling administrative tasks, including managing suppliers, ordering equipment, and providing support to the directors.
Experience using Adobe InDesign to assist with formatting documents or presentations is often highly beneficial.
A proactive and positive problem-solver who takes initiative and enjoys being at the heart of a collaborative studio.
