An experienced Architect or Chartered Architectural Technologist with a significant track record in a technical leadership role.
Responsibility for overseeing the technical quality and compliance of all projects across the practice.
Proven experience in leading, managing, and mentoring a team of architectural technicians and technologists.
A deep and comprehensive knowledge of construction systems, UK Building Regulations, CDM regulations, and contract law.
The ability to develop and implement practice-wide technical standards, details, and quality assurance processes.
Experience acting as a high-level troubleshooter, resolving the most complex technical challenges on major projects.
Strong strategic abilities, capable of managing technical risk and contributing to the overall business strategy.
